Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with §§ 355, 356 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Guilherme Fares Ferreira, Eichborndamm 24, 13403 Berlin, Germany, email: cservice@linguaprova.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day withdrawal period or in any other case, contact:

Include the email address associated with your account and the date of purchase. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

6. Renewals

Subscription renewals are not eligible for a refund once the new billing period has begun, except as required by applicable law. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing date via the Customer Portal, and your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.

7. Free Trial

The free trial is provided at no cost. No charges are made during the trial period, and no refund is applicable when a trial ends.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

We may grant refunds outside the above policy at our discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g. a technical failure that prevented access for a significant portion of the billing period). Contact us and we will review your case.
