Terms of Service

By accessing or using LinguaProva ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LinguaProva is an online language exam preparation platform that provides practice exercises, mock exams, and AI-assisted essay grading for internationally recognised language certificates.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or use it for commercial redistribution of our content.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• We offer a free trial and paid subscription plans (Basic and Pro). Plan details and pricing are shown on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or six-month basis.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. For information about refunds, see our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any content or AI models.
• Submit malicious content or attempt to manipulate the AI grading system.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service.

All content on the platform, including exam exercises, explanations, and software, is owned by LinguaProva or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in passing any language exam. AI-generated feedback is for practice purposes only and does not constitute official evaluation by any certification body.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinguaProva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with §§ 355, 356 BGB and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The 14-day period starts on the day after the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, see our Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and, where applicable, European Union law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers domiciled in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.

Online dispute resolution: the European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and/or by posting a notice in the app at least 15 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
